We developed the official web platform for Remian Diagnostics (www.remiandiagnostics.co.ke), and we continue to handle its technical maintenance, server performance, and webmaster operations.
What the Platform Does
The Remian Diagnostics team uses this platform to:
- Host & Manage Accredited CPD Webinars: Schedule, publish, and manage continuous professional development (CPD) training sessions for Medical Laboratory Technicians, Technologists, and healthcare professionals in Kenya.
- Process Online Registrations: Allow practitioners to create accounts, browse upcoming webinars, register for courses, and purchase full annual CPD packages seamlessly.
- Track & Upload CPD Points: Ensure attendee records are systematically captured so that earned CPD points are updated directly to the KMLTTB portal in less than 24 hours.
Provide Ongoing Support: Deliver official company information, package details, and direct contact channels for medical professionals across the country.
Our Technical Role & Ongoing Support
Beyond the initial design and full-stack development of the website, we provide continuous technical maintenance to guarantee peak performance:
- Infrastructure & Server Maintenance: Monitoring hosting, domain health, and uptime to handle traffic spikes during major webinar registrations.
- Content & Portal Updates: Regularly updating course material, announcement banners, and registration links.
- Data & Security Management: Ensuring user registration data and payment processing setups remain secure and reliable.
